Who Is Chef Steven Wells?

After meeting with Steven I new right away that this guy was ready for a change! Physical change is not and easy process. I'm completely upfront about the work that is needed for someone to change they way they look and feel. The missing component that most of us excuse is the ability to change the way we feel about ourselves.

After many years of engaging in bad habits, or habits that are not conducive to a healthy lifestyle. It becomes increasingly harder as we age to maintain our health.

We get comfortable with the way things are. Our routines become stale, we run in the rat race and we forget about us. This is know way for anyone to live their lives. If we cannot allow ourselves to venture out of our comfort zone, even for a minute. We're doomed. Without positive change the outcome could be dismal.

So I applaud Steven's willingness to take the first step in an admittedly tough battle and I also ask you to join him in his quest to obtain the life, lifestyle that we all deserve to have. Let's get fired up! Remember do what's best for you and surround yourself with supportive people and not anchors that will continually hold you down. Take time to take care of your health and you will benefit in more ways than you could imagine!

Go Steve!!
